My strategy to pay my mortgage early would be to not pay any extra towards the mortgage. Instead, invest any extra payments into an index fund. Once you have enough in the index fund to lump sum the rest of the mortgage, you'd pay off the rest of the mortgage at that time....

No, and don't know. Perhaps, I have lived in a bubble, but the majority of responses surprised me given that most here grew up in the Bible Belt.

Moore had signed on to Penske for the year after he passed. His replacement was Castroneves. He would've been a multi-time Indy 500 winner and maybe even had a shot an F1 seat....

First two Super Bowls were Bill's. Last 4 were Tom's. Brady was just a game manager for the first two Super Bowls and didn't become elite until the 3rd one....
