I always let them know which bathroom they can use. We have a 1/2 bath in a utility room. All but one painter have used it. The painter took a shite in the 1/2 bath right off our foyer every damn day for a week. ...

Every bill that allows it and have the CC paid off every month.
Pros- I don’t really care about points but that is one pro. Biggest “pro” to me is protection. Replacing credit card is much easier than checking account if the local water company has a data breach.

Memphis has good ‘hole in the wall’ places. Rendezvous for ribs, Flying Fish for the obvious, and the original Gus’s Fried Chicken are all within walking distances of the downtown hotels.
ETA: Also recommend the Sun Studio tour if you have the time to do it in Memphis. ...

Cargo(Part 121), Part 91, and Part 135 all have open cockpit policies. Not too far of a reach to say that charters on Part 121 carriers have access to the cock...
