Tribe, a band out of Boston in the late 80s/early 90s. The voice of the lead singer, Janet LaValley, is absolutely mesmerizing and the chorus of their most popular song, Joyride, is very catchy. There appears to be an homage in the song to fellow Boston band, Pixies.

Great review.
I’ve seen EB twice recently (Cruel World and Darker Waves). The Rankling Roger wannabe was a little distracting but overall he’s still got it.
Disappointing to hear about Adam Ant. Saw him several years ago and he put on a great show. He’s definitely getting up there in years and...
