OP, I assume you are from TX and are say less than 40 years old. That being said, IMO, LBJ wrecked the most havoc during his short tenure at the helm by: 1) helping to transition the Dem party from south to north, and 2) as part of that, establish gov programs that would ensure more Dem voters going...
