It's looking like the worst is about to pass over MSY now so there may be a chance of getting some planes in within the next 20-30 minutes. Tampa is going north now then will go west to avoid the line. Newark is probably headed out where San Diego has been circling. I would absolutely hate to be on ...

I think I may have jynxed MSY, whoops :lol:
Spirit 1526 from Ft Lauderdale got close and is now circling, same with DAL 2451 from Atlanta, SWA 200 from Denver.
Have some friends on AA 1007 from Dallas, looks like they're being sent over Arkansas first before heading down to MSY

I'd go north cascades. July is the best month of the year to visit WA- great weather, sunny skies, and no fires/smoke yet. Highway 20 is awesome to roll through. Likely to be less crowds than Yellowstone ...
