A total of 26 states are currently suing the Biden administration over changes to Title IX favoring transgender students.

Under the new Title IX rules from the U.S. Department of Education, schools cannot discriminate “based on sex stereotypes, sexual orientation, gender identity, and sex characteristics.”
The changes, which go into effect on August 1 — just in time for the new school year, require institutions “to take prompt and effective action when notified of conduct that reasonably may constitute sex discrimination in their education programs or activities.”
Those who do not comply will lose federal funding.
The lawsuits have been filed by Republican Attorneys General from Alabama, Alaska, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Montana, Nebraska, North Dakota, Ohio, Oklahoma, South Carolina, South Dakota, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, West Virginia and Wyoming.
The “Party of Women” continues to erase real women from society. 26 states fighting back.

States will be the method of fighting back against overreach. It's almost like the founders knew something.

Who is behind this trans stuff? Who is ultimately pushing this on our society?
I’ve never seen anyone really narrow it down.

Ugly, loser kids grow up to be ugly, loser adults who hate their parents and want to hurt them anyway they can.

And the piece of shite Yankees and their union took a lot of it away.

Some of the most adamant supporters and those driving the agenda and "forcing behaviors," seem to be BlackRock/corporate America; the current Presidential administration and the Pentagon, public education officials, Hollywood and the mainstream media.

I’m really surprised no one ever makes the connection. Quick short history lesson. The entire trans movement did not exist until Bruce Jenner announced to the world in 2015 he was trans. His role on Keeping up with the Kardashians fueled every last bit of it because it had a built in audience of women and gheys. By May of 2016 North Carolina was passing laws banning men in women’s restrooms and the world was off a running with the trans movement…. So to answer your question, no one was behind it. Had Bruce not been associated with that show, there would not have been a bullhorn of pop culture fanning the flames.

The electoral college is another example of wise men knowing more about national politics than your average man on the street does.

It’s one of the few moments in history you can identify the very seed/ person/event that kicked off a movement. There was no trans movement in anyway shape or form before he announced it, but when he did there was no better vehicle to promote it than the pop culture push Keeping up with the Kardashians gave it

All I see is that I’m about to win state in basketball. Haters gonna hate

This is from 2018 - I don’t think this is the only reason, but it just shows how deep the trans reach is.
Who Are the White Men Institutionalizing Trans Ideology?

JUST schools?? Suddenly School Sports and Title IX was finally the hill of outrage we finally choose to die on?
Wait a minute; doesn't the ENTIRE machination of Feral Gubmint violate the letter of the US Constitution?
Last I looked, "law enforcement protections", "discrimination" protections, federal job positions, federal contracts, tuition, and corporate employment requisites were ALL about selective favoritism which ticks certain boxes (see race, creed, color, sexual orientation") in direct violation of "Equal Rights Protections".
