Mariners wasting his time down there. Their AAA affiliate apparently has an awful ballpark for pitchers so they tend to keep their guys down in AA longer than a lot of clubs. Their starters are pretty stout. But putting Kade in the bullpen with the big club would be better for his development than dominating AA
