Former LSU star wide receiver Ja'Marr Chase took home the 2024 NFL Receiving Triple Crown this season.

Chase led the NFL with 127 catches for 1,708 yards and 17 touchdowns this season.

In the Bengals season finale win against the Steelers, Chase caught 10 passes for 96 yards and one touchdown. Per NFL.com:
quote:

"Feels good that I finally have it underneath my belt," Chase said of holding a big lead in all three categories following the victory. "I'm happy. I'm excited that I got it. And I appreciate Joe (Burrow) and the rest of the team for helping me accomplish it."

He became just the sixth triple crown winner in the Super Bowl era and the 13th all time (Green Bay Packers Hall of Famer Don Hutson accomplished the feat an amazing five times). The first to haul in a triple crown since the Los Angeles Rams' Cooper Kupp in 2021, the 24-year-old Chase is the youngest to pull off the feat in the Super Bowl era and since Hutson in 1936 at 23.

"It's an exciting thing to be a part of. He deserves it all," Bengals quarterback Joe Burrow said Saturday. "He works really hard for it. He's obviously a great player, a great person. To etch his name in history like that is really special, and I'm excited to be a part of that. I know everybody else is, too."

Chase is a great receiver, a credit to the LSU fighting tigers and the Cincinnati Bengal team and I hope he is able to have a long successful career in Cincinnati.

Bengals should've paid him before the season. Chase just got a lot more expensive

Noooo kidding! lol! Ja'Maarr gonna be salty during those negotiations. Question is...can they POSSIBLY keep Higgins on board. Higgins is incredible and i honestly think it takes two to make that whole thing go. But there is only so much money to go around. Joe B might need to donate to make it happen. It'd definitely help him out!
