Carson Strong. Best pocket passer available.

You’ll have to move up for Corral of Howell. I think Willis and Ridder come off the board in the very beginning of the 2nd. I can see us going safety or DT in the 2nd. We could use a TE too. The Colorado State kid would be a no brainer if he’s still there when we pick.

I agree Carson Strong is talented. If they go QB he would be a good pick.

But I bet they go D line.

For me, of the remaining guys I would go in order:

Malik Willis
Matt Corral
Desmond Ridder
Sam Howell
Carson Strong
Bailey Zappe

Not interested in the rest at all. At 49 I take

Malik Willis
Matt Corral
Desmond Ridder
Sam Howell

I do not expect WIllis or Howell to be on the board at 49. Ridder is iffy. SO I expect Corral at 49 if we take a QB there.

If Zappe or Strong are still there at

No QB in this draft is better than Winston. Hell, no QB is better than Dalton at the moment. We have other needs more so than QB. Picking a QB would be a wasted pick. Make better threads.

QB is not a need, plus after their 2nd round pick they only have a 5th & 6th. They have other holes to fill that would be better used in someone to compete for playing time instead of the PS spot over Book

Agree with this! Is Howell > Book with 1 year and 1 start under his belt? Drafting a QB in 2nd round = cutting Book so better see real potential. I say RB or DT next

What in the hell was the point of picking Ian Book in the 4th rd this year if we are going to draft another QB in the 2nd or 3rd rd this year?

That was such a bad pick.
