It took them like 7 mins or so. We are like 2 miles from jail.

Ok. Not really much I can do and no reason to try and convince the sleuths on here. We are 3.5 miles from jail and pretty sure at least 3 LEO live in neighborhood and certainly not a lot going on Monday night in small America.

LEO just said he was “using discretion”
Guess is because his garage is full and these house are close, he didn’t want anybody to see her get out. No idea if he is married or not.

I’m amazed Georgia’s age of consent is 16. Is this the only state in America like this?

So just looked it up and majority of states it’s 16. Looks like about half of them have 16 as the age with no restrictions other half make 16 on a conditional basis based on age.
For reference GA is 16 with no age difference limit while AL is 16 is consent as long as age gap is 3 years.
Surprise that Cali is 18.
