One of the most selfish, hateful tactics I believe I’ve ever seen is labeling those who do well in school and in life “Uncle Tom”.
It’s a way of guaranteeing, generation after generation, that young black people will be ashamed to try.

As long as people can be “credited” or “sourced” for discovering something racist or causing division it will keep happening. When’s the last time you saw someone credited for uniting or bringing things together? We retweet, share, link, etc these stories which being more views so we are just as much to blame.

99% of things called or labeled racist has be just comical.
Like when i got called a racist because i asked a guy when did he think he suddenly was given some title that he could say whether or not other races could have braids or dreads?
I told him that for thousands of years all races of people have worn them and no one cares and up until recently, suddenly it’s only allowed for black folks? I said it doesn’t work like that.
I was racist because of historical facts and i was speaking to a black man the way i did
