A friend of mine doesn’t have a townhouse per se but has one of those smaller houses with the tiny lots.
Not gonna lie, I’m jealous of his yard work. He can weed eat the back yard faster than he can mow it so he only mows the front ...

I’m not oblivious to the fact that they don’t have anywhere to go but, the problem is many of these have mental issues and don’t take meds or are on heavy drugs.
So how can peeing and pooping on the sidewalk next to the door of a business be seen as no big deal?

I like the dipshites that drive an SUV like a Land Rover or sequoia and attempt to get a pretty large boat out the water.

The answer is simple but in order to get on the boards of massive companies, you have to I.V. The koolaid so much to where you don’t think normally anymore.
Go back to basics and just focus on coffee. Step away from all the knee jerk BS and stop pandering to dipshites and just sell coffee....

“Starter neighborhoods” are not really starter homes. They are expensive housing neighborhoods.
