Has Milazzo played since the game where he seemed to hurt his knee running to 1st? I can't remember if that was vs UGA or in the SECT.

I'm pretty sure that was the first game of the UGA series bc Travinski was DH that night. Milazzo has only started one game (vs arky in SEC tourney; he went 0-5) and he was a late sub in the SEC tourney as well against USC.

I have no idea if Milazzo starts today or not.

But I DO know I'd hate to be the person who tells Travinski he's not starting today...

ey do have the option to put Jones at 1st. OSU has 3 LHP available today so it might be a good time to get Jones in.

Only if they don't throw curve balls

Sorry, could not resist.

Though Beloso has been pretty good vs LHP lately

Most of the season, really. Lately, he's just been good.

Is the Oregon state catcher going to get subbed out at any time b/c he’s tired and played too many games?

What a dumb question. No I don’t want Milazzo in the lineup at the expense of Travinski or Beloso.

How hard has Travinski worked for 4 years to get into the lineup? If that dude can go, he is gonna go.

I wouldn’t be surprised to see Milazzo get the start if he’s healthy and Pearson sit. Especially if they start a lefty against us. Probably depends on who we start as well.

I’d quit before letting someone rope me into that job. Trav may go all Ravishing Rick Rude them.

I think Milazzo needs some time to give travinski a break though.

NO CHANCE

Travinski is killing the ball. He will 100% be in the lineup.

Beloso has what, 4 hits and a HR in our two games so far. He’s playing.

If Milazzo starts then I think Beloso comes out. I can see Jobert also coming out. Travinski will be the DH. No way I’m taking Pearson out he’s seeing the ball very well

Any consideration to sitting Morgan? The answer is likely no but of those mentioned, Morgan has been the least effective at the plate.

That’s a weird way to spell Dugas.

Except none of those being discussed to sit play second base.

He very well may. He caught two games last night. It’s not out of the ordinary for a team to use a different catcher the day after a double header.

Let’s also not forget Travinski has had to leave a game for dehydration before. If there is a second game today you HAVE to put Travinski at catcher and Beloso at DH. With a game to play with it makes sense to let Travinski DH and sit Beloso

A less athletic left hander in the place of Dugas. Man I love this place.

Late game sub like he should have after Trav 8th inning ab. That is only reason to have him in these games.
