In the context of the times it was pretty normal. It wasn't genocide. The objective was to lay claim to the land.
It wasn't your land the second someone came and took it from you. You had no organized government to protect the land. In a sense, you gave it away with your inability to defend it. And, much of your complaints occurred before the United States was even formed.

That opinion is great for the fight that will take place on reparations. It gives Asians, whites, browns and greens the right to sue if reparations is paid to blacks and other races not treated the same.

There was nothing at all to support that it belonged to anyone. No formal documentation of the land. No formal documentation of its ownership. No formal government to stand up and declare it. Certainly no ability to defend it.
When your civilization is at least a century or two behind other civilizations, you really don't have a complaint.

Was he moved along in law school because he is black? probably because he couldnt meet the current admission criteria so why should we believe he could have passed the academic criteria without help.
Wealthy white people pay C Thomas expenses, send him on vacations in return for decisions like this. Thats not a talking point, its reality.
