This will prompt the Dems to come after the Republican justices calling even harder for impeachment, and will also lead to a real push to expand the court.

He's incorrect.
The greatest failure of this country was its treatment of its Native American people.
Slavery is several paces back.

Common sense will fall on deaf ears on the left, but Thomas nailed it, preference due to skin color should be a thing of the past….

I agree with the ruling...but I'm very curious as to what makes the list between treatment of natives and slavery

Yeah but he’s not really black. Just on the outside. Plus his wife and rich friends…

I don't know if they can be ranked, but it sure seems that Native Americans are the forgotten segment in our society.

No doubt
We were literally hunted and slaughtered.

I don’t even want to read the dissent. I’m sure it’s quite the word salad.

While not politically correct to say so, they were vanquished in order for this country to exist. Injustice did occur to the Cherokees and like tribes... others, especially the Comanches, simply reaped what they sowed.

A conquered people that as a whole refuse still to this day to integrate into society

Very few do. I think folks like Clarence Thomas, Larry Elder and Tim Scott are exceptions.

We went to war vs the native Americans and won. Some good battles for the right reasons but mostly a tidal wave of expansion with too little thought for doing right in the long term.
Slavery? We bought people and used and abused them for nothing more than economic profit.
So I profoundly disagree with you on this.
