How are some of these coaches so bad coming out of a timeout?

Like shouldn’t that be the most efficient a team is since they go through the play during the timeout? Why the delay of game or false start?

Chad Morris once called a Timeout before the opening Kickoff.

Only reason that remotely makes sense is the kickoff team comes out with an onside look and you are not prepared. Even then...
