The more it appears that the committee got it wrong. I wouldn’t want to have to defend that decision right now. Unfortunately, it doesn’t appear that they will have to.

It’s just too early for people to complain. If bama beats Michigan or wins it all then they got it right. If uga beats fsu they got it right. We’ll see.

Once you accept that choices were made based on who would bring in the most revenue.

Bama and Texas does. FSU not as much.

They got it right.

The ACC is a joke of a football league.

Move on with your lives fellow citizens, there’s nothing more to see here.

I don't care how the fans feel or how the general public feels.

But what they did to those players is absolutely horrid. Telling them to kick rocks because their teammate had the audacity to get hurt? Absolute joke.

Just absolutely minimizes all the hard work they put in.

If Jordan Travis gets hurt 10 minutes left in the ACC championship, they still go. 100%. Same scenario, different results.

They moved the goalposts to shoehorn bama in, and it's disgusting.

12-1 in the SEC with #5 SOS > 13-0 in the ACC with #55 SOS and a backup QB. If Travis was healthy, you go with FSU.

Whatever it takes to get Bama another tainted title.

Go it wrong? Who would FSU replace? All four plus Georgia are better teams. Actually #6 Georgia is 14 point favorite over FSU in Orange Bowl. That should be a hint.

We had 7 teams that could make valid arguments for the 4 spots

We can blame the people who voted to wait another year for the 12 team playoff

Selfishly I would love to see a 12 team playoff right now

The fact of the matter is if Florida State got in over Alabama, Nobody would be whining about it outside of Alabama fans

like it or not results on the field is what truly matters. Florida State didn’t lose Alabama did.
Everybody would have accepted that

FSU’s biggest F/U to the committee is to put an arse whipping on Georgia in the Orange Bowl !

All you have to do is ask yourself one simple question... had UGA beaten Bama, would Texas have gotten in?

We will never definitively answer that, of course... but I have my opinion on it.

That demonstrates the corruption.

The more I’m enjoying it. FSU should have got in but this is fun to watch as rival school. My FSU friend swore he will never watch CFB. I told him next year FSU will be 12 seed and Liberty will claim automatic bid.

The banter is what makes rivalry fun and the unknowns make it fun

Wrong, it's the 4 best teams not the 4 most deserving teams lol. Committee got it right. It's always been the 4 best teams.

Every LSU fan (and college football fan) should hate the precedent they just set.

Probably because of the Penix-Nix Heisman duel early on, Washington and Oregon were both promoted too far up the polls early on and by the end of the season gummed things up for the bubble teams.

Oregon was 10 point favorites over Washington, so your point is?? I think the bigger issue is everyone saying Bama beat the 2 time defending champions on a 29 game winning streak. No, they beat a team that had a new starting quarterback and nearly an entirely new defense. Is Georgia talented? Absolutely they are, but they struggled with South Carolina, Auburn, and Ga Tech.
