I made it about 3/4 through. Hated Julia Robert's character. I gave it about 15 more minutes when they worked in white ppl are bad and had enough. Don't care how it ends, most of the characters are sp dislikeable so don't care what happens to them. Save yourself the trouble and don't even bother with this turd.

Lot of posters need to stick to Armageddon. Was there a trailer people saw that made them expect a stereotypical Apocalypse movie we have seen a dozen times?
It did something different and actually made you think about the characters and their environment. One poster even admitted to "not paying attention" and missed obvious shite like a fricking plane crash... No wonder the movie was a mystery.

This is a false characterization of what happened.
They never said “white people are bad”.
The daughter was saying they shouldn’t trust people…”especially white people”. Her father didn’t agree with her, as demonstrated through his actions.
The movie clearly portrayed her bias as being wrong. The entire movie made that point.
