They should both have the same right to murder the child if either of them want to.
Not to mention the positive affect it would have in the inner city. Can you imagine all of the unwanted kids that would be killed prior to birth if the delinquent fathers would have the right to say "no you ain't havin' my li'l shorty. Kill it!"
Think about the tax money that middle class America would save, not having to pay for these delinquents.
