Low carb snacks without sugar alcohols

Looking for low carb higher protein options but without artificial sweeteners. I am outside sales and it’s hard to avoid fast food. I like quest bars but they don’t sit well with me. Looking for something like that but real. (Bars, shakes, chips, etc) Thanks.

Boiled eggs are a great snack.

Non-fat greek yogurt has 18g protein per 2/3 cup. I usually throw a scoop of whey isolate in there for an additional 25g (although there are artificial sweeteners there, so you could skip that step) and 1 cup of wild blueberries. Boiled eggs are another convenient option

5% fat plain yogurt is actually good and no fake shite in it.

If you’re a millionaire I would say beef jerky

Get a lunchbox with a warmer built in
Put last night's leftovers in it
Plug it in a little while before it's time to eat

Boiled eggs. Trader joes has these packs of pre-smoked salmon with everything bagel seasoning on them that are really good.

Fairlife shakes are fantastic, turkey rollups with cheese, cottage cheese (I know most people think it's gross), cheese sticks, parm crisps (when you are craving chips) Target brand Good and Gather are my favorite, grilled or rotisserie chicken, hummus and veggies, boiled eggs.

Don't have suggestions, but kudos to you for identifying the problem. I'm much healthier now in my late 40s than in my 20s when I had a 5 state territory and ate/drank like a 18 yr old.
Staying in hotels and traveling most of the day is really hard on you if you're trying to stay healthy.
Good luck!

Paleovalley had their beef sticks 50% off this week.

Quest Bars were good for me when I was eating like crap. But now that I am dialed in they make me feel bloated or something.

I find dried chickpeas satisfy my snack desires pretty well. You can spice them up however you like. They aren't low-carb, however. More like moderate carb.

No it’s not.

Had the same issue. Took me a while to figure out it was Quest Bars. Gastro told me it was likely the Erythritol.

Aged/sharp cheddar cheese is high in protein and a couple pieces satiate.

Berries are basically no calories and fill you up decently well.
