re: Anyone else notice the amount of Poors has been increasing?

Was a GM of a restaurant as recently as a year ago. Can confirm that the caliber of employee, particularly in the kitchen, is worse than ever. Glad I got out of the industry ...
re: Getting wife on board with fitness

It's a subscription/app called Form. I believe it's a combination of strength training and pilates. Wouldn't do it for me personally, but it has her back active again and she actually looks forward to doing the workouts, so no gripes from me. Think the biggest thing is to let her find something she ...
re: Getting wife on board with fitness

My wife recently got back into exercising after a pretty long hiatus. She started going back to a gym (Club 4) and really didn't love the environment and stopped going, but recently came across a workout routine she can do at-home and has been really enjoying it. I think me going consistently, coup...
re: Griff started off with a roster of Zion, AD and Jrue.
I’m not arguing that he should not have traded AD. He chose the package and what team to trade him to. You are missing the entire point. The point is Griff had all three to do what he pleased with. And we are no better now than before he arrived.
Not taking up for Griffin in any wa...

re: TDAP Vaccine Question

Unrelated to this particular vaccine (or most vaccines, in general), but a lot of "strangers on the internet" have had a lot of things right, especially in response to treating/preventing COVID. Just putting that out there ...
re: TDAP Vaccine Question

Got one last year prior to the birth of the little girl my wife and I adopted at the recommendation of my doctor. Wanted it to avoid the risk of whooping cough being contracted by the baby. Quick and painless, experienced no issues afterwards...

Used to eat cottage cheese mixed with extra crunchy peanut butter for a night-time snack about 12 or so years ago ...
re: Thoughts on liquid egg whites as a source of protein?

2 whole eggs and 3/4-1 cup of egg whites has been my go-to most mornings here recently. Have added cottage cheese in the past, as was suggested above, as well. Can't go wrong going either of those routes, egg whites by themselves are just devoid of anything other than protein, really...

re: Whey isolate vs whey concentrate

Depends on who you ask. Isolate has very little to no lactose, so easier on the stomach and of higher quality, but don't know that it's enough of a difference at the end of the day. Go for what your budget allows...
