If the video shows Brooks “enjoying it”, are you now saying it wasn’t rape since she didn’t appear violated?

Intoxicated people cannot give consent- even if they 'give consent'- it cannot be considered consent if they are wasted af.

what part of that do you fail to comprehend??

then how did he get his penis into an orifice?
females can get on top, or a male dan insert it

This is completely a sidebar but a drunk male can have sex without being able to truly consent

f, HUGE IF, the video shows brooks wanting the sex, to a jury if humans I believe a rape charge will be difficult
but according to the law she was too drunk to consent to sex, it’s rape no matter what

It was a tough decision between baseball and rape/murder/video voyeurism.

All that travel ball money would have been much better spent on his criminal defense attorney.

A jury is humans. They often don’t make decisions based on the letter of the law

right - but that means the female still has to have some control

One of the men who witnessed the alleged rape of Louisiana State University student Madison Brooks seemed to predict what was going to happen, apparently saying in a video, “These guys are crazy. They finna rape her.”

Casen Carver, one of the suspects, allegedly made the shocking prediction in a selfie video he recorded from the front seat of the car that he, his three friends and Brooks got into on Jan. 15.

In the seconds-long clip, which was played in court Friday, Carver reportedly claimed, “These guys are crazy. They finna rape her,” Kerry Miller, the attorney for Brooks’ mother, told Fox News Digital.

Brooks, a 19-year-old college sophomore, was allegedly raped in the backseat of a car by Kaivon Washington, 18, and Desmond Carter, 17, who is being tried as an adult, after the group left Reggie’s bar in East Baton Rouge between 1 and 2 a.m.

After the alleged assault, which was witnessed by Everett Lee, 28, and Carver, 18, the group of men dropped Brooks off on the side of a busy four-lane highway when she indicated she was going to call an Uber.

Yeah he better turn state’s evidence. He’ll need to negotiate protective custody in Angola lest he end up with a size 32 a-hole.

The problem isn't the intoxication, it's the sexual contact, at this point.

So if there is video of them raping her...... Whats that do to the Lab that "found no DNA".

If im a lawyer with a client in jail based on DNA evidence from this lab...... Seems like you could get the case re tried.
