Theoretically they could have picked up other evidence such as pubes that weren’t hers.

May have even been before any inkling of suspected rape too. I think that only came after the video from Reggies was viewed and LE questioned the driver.. But I'm not sure.

I think that's all that the prosecution has, though.
It may be selective leaking to the press and the prosecution has more, but nothing has come out along those lines.
