Isn't a winning record the main thing everyone talks about with coaching? If so, not only is he trending in the right direction but he only had one losing season with us and it was injury laden. He isn't going any fricken where and we don't control the show so sit back, eat your popcorn and stop acting like women. I want Allen with us for his defensive mind because there aren't many better in the NFL. They are addressing the offense, the defense is top 10 and we're going to be ok. Stop acting like every damn time Loomis or Allen don't agree with your armchair General Managing philosophy that they need to be fired. Geez

What you don't want is what we have currently, as a HC.
He is not a leader of men.
He is a good coordinator but not a Head Coach.
His team blatantly disobeyed him on national TV and then talked about it afterwards and told the media they didn't give a frick. He lost this team.
Continuing to want Allen in this capacity hurts the Saints, any logical fan can see this.

I agree, but there is likely 0% chance he would take a demotion, which means we would be looking for a head coach, defensive coordinator, and offensive coordinator. I don't think that is a good scenario either. I'd rather take one more chance and fix the offense, keep our defense in the top 10 and we should be good. We had a winning record with a half a season of bad offensive play. That tells me with the right OC we can probably put together another couple wins and be a good playoff team. Any logical Saints fan can see that, as you like to say
