Bao

Bao is a very solid Vietnamese restaurant. Anything you order is likely to be good. With that said, they don't really offer dishes that you can't get other places, so it really comes down to personal preference. Unless you're just not familiar with Vietnamese food in general, and then we can talk you through some options based on your general food preferences.

Besides traditional bao or vermicelli bowls. Grilled pork spring rolls and/or grilled pork bahn mi. Vietnamese wings are good too.

I did not care for their eggrolls too much. I saw them bring out the Viet wings to another table and regretted not getting them. I had the beef pho and it was very good.

The eggrolls, spring rolls and wings on the appetizer menu are all pretty solid. I usually always get the rare beef pho, but their vermicelli bowls and fried rice are pretty solid as well. Can't say I've tried anything else there.
