Kinda crazy stat. Idk why I thought of this. I bet no other College Program can say this

Some stats that people throw out are a little odd.:

But that is a pretty cool stat. We have beaten almost 30% of the starting nfl quarterbacks

ETA: if you add Jordan love we have beaten OVER 30% of nfl starting quarterbacks

Hurts won the frustrating 10-0 game in 2016.

Geno smith still on a roster is mind boggling to me. Not because he isn’t good, the guy has always been able to play. But him losing to LSU at WV seems like 100 years ago. Those 2 WV teams were really good.

Another one that is sort of a starter is Tyrod Taylor - Giants.

He started 5 games in 2023 (played in 11) and has 58 starts in his career.

He was a FR that didn't start but played more than half the game in 2007 when the Tigers and Keiland Williams' calves blew out Virginia Tech.

Instead of “beat us”, call it “QBs we never beat” because some of those guys we beat also beat us. Either list them or change the heading.

Archie Manning (although in fairness he did beat the Tigers twice).

Eli Manning
