Decided to go with bbq brisket pizzas. Gotta love the guy who asks for suggestions, then doesn’t take any of them. I do appreciate the suggestions and will bookmark this and try some of these next time, or maybe tomorrow since the pizzas didn’t use up much brisket....

I've also thought about doing it like an empanada or Natchtoches meat pie. Thoughts? I've also been putting just about anything into an eggroll recently. I've done corned beef brisket and cabbage that way, but not smoked brisket....

I smoked a brisket yesterday and have a couple of pounds left. Looking for something new to do with it. In the past, I have mostly just made sandwiches with the leftovers. I have also done brisket tacos and thrown it in a chili. Anyone have any other good ways to use it?...

They all have legit arguments depending on how you break it down. It just depends on what the committee is looking for. Unfortunately, that changes each year. As others have said, the tournament results may have a big impact. With 2 of those teams guaranteed to be eliminated in the 1st round, ...
