How am I a baby killer for admitting I should have nothing to say on what a random woman does with her reproductive system?
That’s like a calling a woman a baby killer because she supports the right for men she doesn’t know to have a vasectomy.

It's got as much to do with you as your opinion on the question of whether or not a random man should be able to do whatever he pleases with his reproductive system, including raping someone with it.
This isn't a complicated philosophical stance to grasp. People get to do what they want as long as what they want to do doesn't cause a negative externality to another human being.
Abortion kills another human being.
