These shows were good back in the day because of casting. Now they are either what I posted above or some person looking to become an influencer and famous.

None of the casts are able to actually survive. Any of the old casts would eat these folks alive

Yeah. CBS is bad about it ever since they came out with their rules that 50% of all casting has to be minority/under represented group. But by making it 50% those groups are over represented.

That might be true of other "reality" shows, but I think the opposite is true for Survivor. It used to always be models/influencers that were already half a degree from some kind of fame anyway. I much prefer the current casting on Survivor (although I do miss some of the bikinis).
