The counter to that is they left her at the bar and she went running out to them.
I say that to illustrate how this is a complex case and unfortunately we’ll most likely never know because of how the night ended. Best we can do is look at what’s available and make a decision. It’s going to be a circus of a trial though.

Washington is almost certainly a piece of shite and possibly a rapist, but no one knew that when the story broke.

Oh please. If this new revelation became a reason to get the case dismissed or lessen / erase the charges, and it had been white guys, people would be screaming “white privilege” from the rooftops.
