Semi-retire and become a fly fishing guide.

If you invested $5 million wisely, you could receive easily north of 250k a year just an interest.

Depends on the return I can get on the 5M vs the lifestyle I want to live.

I'd leave the corporate world, that's for sure.

Absolutely switch. Like this minute.

I’d build a nice woodworking shop and then start making/selling things full time and drive my kids bus to school so they got free tuition(private school in south Florida).

In that situation you work only because you want to not because you have to.

Yes it would. The vast majority of people will not make anywhere close to $5M in their lifetime.

Yeah. I would want to really pimp out my operation, but I would definitely be doing it with less pressure, more style, and sometimes remotely on my new 1000 acres.

I enjoy my job and I’ve seen too many folks retire early and get bored out of their mind. I would quit and then let them hire me as a consultant in control of my own hours. I’d take every Friday off and any other time I needed for travel.

As it stands now, I never use all my PTO anyway. I assume I would want to travel more, but it would probably not be very lengthy traveling.

I have a pretty low stress sales job so yeah, I’d keep it.
