foam rolling helps mine and the message gun and stim. but depends on what it is.
just start light on everything and if it hurts, do not do it. we are not professional athletes and there are no mandatory exercises. ...

all concerns about him being a good fielder are gone after this year. Kid has worked his tail off and improved tremendously in all parts ...

correct. the other forms do the same thing, just cost more.
but for some mono causes GI issues and the other forms are sometimes easier on the GI tract for that person.
