Connor v Chandler will be at 170, not 155. Get ready for Connor to gas out extra quickly.

seems like poirier would have to go through Arman or Gamrot first no? Dont get me wrong im excited for the fight but he just got knocked out by gaethje 2 fights ago while arman and gamrot are on 4 and 5 fight win streaks. I guess fan favorites will always get the nod first

Yeah

Max got $600k in bonuses. $300k for performance of the night and another 300k for fight of the night.

Jiri got a $300k bonus for performance of the night as well

Good. JG deserved the bonus for having balls of steel last night. His nose got nuked at the end of the first.

That was a ridiculous fight card. I’m still jacked up this morning. Props to Dana White for putting together a perfect set of fights. 3 straight hours of nonstop elite level MMA.

A rising star in Bo Nickal was a fun fight to watch, if he can improve his striking he’ll be a force to be reckoned with. I always laugh when wrestlers get boo’d by the fans while working positions on the ground because they aren’t just standing up and throwing punches.

Oliveira had a couple tight submissions he couldn’t finish but that was a great fight.

the JG/MH fight will go down forever on the highlight real just because of that point at the end.

Still amazing JG fought 4 round with a broken nose and 2 eye pokes. And he still managed to rock Holloway once or twice.

So happy for China. They have such a beautiful and rich culture and we should all visit their country and buy more of their cheap crap.

I thought it ended perfectly. After the intense 5 round championship fights, Pereira waltzes into the ring and dismantles Hill. I hope the cup check knockout goes down in history too. I bet Herb doesn’t forget that one

Oliveira wins that if it's a 5 rounder

Nickal needs to show us something on the feet. Not convinced he's the next UFC star

Great fight card overall

Hopefully he continues to round out his game and doesn’t end up “settling” as a Colby Covington type who just doesn’t have the skill set or juice to beat the cream of the crop

What are our thoughts about Poatan stepping up to heavy weight?

Wasn't a UFC fan before last night but it got my attention now. Watched last night at a friend's party and almost every fight was entertaining except for the one fight where the two dudes made love on the mat for 3 rounds. The justin verses max holy hell. The girl that beat Holly Holms is thicker than a bowl of oatmeal
Overall i am a fan now. Dana White puts out a great product fa sho

The main card was still underwhelming for what we were billed and the amount of hype it got and for this being 300. There’s absolutely no denying that people were kinda eh about the card when it was announced and it didn’t really deliver like a 300 card should. The two main events for 302 could easily top the two from last night.

Still don’t think Jiri is all that special.

Nickal feels like just another dominant wrestler that is getting fed bums and May not ever round out to be a great fighter.

The BMF fight was a great one. But people are putting it up on this monumental pedestal going down in history forever because of a point that Max has done before, along with other fighters. Throwing bombs and going all out in the last 10-15 seconds of a fight isn’t some new thing that happened for the first time last night. If Max didn’t somehow pull out that knockout with a second left, nobody would be nutting themselves over it.

The Chinese womens fight was fine. No way it lived up to a co-main for a 300 event.

And then having a trash can fight one of the best ever for the headliner was…….something. Dude had no chance before the fight even started.

There’s a lot of revisionist history going on already.

The Jiri fight was fun. Jiri has big balls. No hugging and praying in his style. But i dont know if he has enough skill to be the champ. He cant eat shots from AP like he did last night.

The prelims were very good. Green vs Miller was a scrap.

I agree Bo didnt deserve to be on the main card. But maybe the plan was to make the prelims awesome so more people would be inclined to buy the main.

They should have called the ladies fight at the end of the first and they should have had Charles and Arman fighting 5 rounds. Besides that, this was a first class fight night. Id give it an A.

Are there large groups of people out there that watch the prelims and then decide whether or not to buy the main?

you serious? A fight that swung in the 2nd round the opposite direction, and then swung back to the champ in the 4th? That was a phenomenal fight that after 4 rounds was up for grabs.

If the prelims are rocking and have you feeling it I can imagine that entices people that don’t illegally stream it to purchase the card
