Before you reply that DeSantis endorsed Trump, sometimes politicians will endorse RINO moderates over far left wing statists like Biden. This is the case with DeSantis.

This is a message board for discussing politics. With few exceptions, most participating in these threads are center or right of center. With even fewer exceptions, Joe Biden doesn't have supporters in these threads. Discussing Joe Biden on PT is boring given nearly everybody is on the same page where pedo-Joe is concerned.
Discussing Trump is more interesting because he's pretty liberal for being the leader of the Republican party/conservatives.

"Mostly" was the correct answer.
DeSantis disregarded the 1st Amendment when he used the power of government to exact recrimination on Disney for criticizing his bill.
He also (reportedly) ordered law enforcement to shut down at least one drag show that did not violate the law simply because one was taking place.
Finally, he tried to pass a bill banning private social media companies from de-platforming POTUS candidates.
Those are not conservative actions. They are authoritarian populist actions.
He's also more recently become unwilling to admit we're going to have to reform SS/Medicare.
He supported banning offshore drilling and fracking in Florida.
A lot of that I can somewhat forgive because the Republican base has become so populist that he obviously felt that he had to go in that direction some just to ever have a chance. That old, "You get the candidate you deserve."

This is pretty much it. I don't think anyone here actually believes I like Joe Biden but I'd do the necessary Biden bashing to show my bonafides if necessary.
Although the truth is that I rarely think about him. He's a pretty useless establishment politician. He's not even the true figurehead for the most vile elements of the left anyway. I don't rage about Joe Biden because he doesn't inspire rage. I'll rage about leftist academics or businesspeople or other people who meaningfully push the ideas. My vitriol is better reserved for the advisors who decided on and wrote the trans day of visibility proclamation vs Biden - who at best rubber stamped it.
