Flip to Texas man I would hate that. But hopefully we’re able to get Lockett. At the end of the day that’s one position I would never worry about at LSU.

I never felt like he’d end up here anyway

It's always going to be a dog fight to get and keep a guy that is that high level as a recruit. As far as flip predictions, it seems like the Inside Texas guys, who are pretty well known as homers, have said they think eventually Texas gets him but they won't put in a prediction for it.

I haven't seen anyone saying a flip is imminent at all.

It’s a smart move by him to help increase his NIL value.

Either use LSU of use Texas to bump the numbers up.

Have had a bad feeling about him for a while now. Lots of Texas talk with him… hopefully we can come out on top.

Okay but here’s this….if he wants to leave good luck to him. I’m sure he will be a dog wherever he goes however, that’s his loss. Surely he can see the star power LSU produces at this position as opposed to Texas. If he leaves we land another 5 star. Just watch.

WRs are a dime a dozen.

Honestly who cares. He is replaceable. Y’all worry about the wrong positions & ranking way too much.

The Texas analysts are constantly saying they are getting everyone. I wouldn't make more to this than we already knew. He's committed to LSU but still taking visits.

I thought it was odd he committed so early and made a show of it. Always seemed like a kid who would need the spotlight towards the end.

If he flips hopefully Kelly and staff move on instead of playing frick frick games

Could just be wishful thinking from an "insider" trying to write it into existence. He has a future Duncanville teammate on the team already and would pass up the opportunity to play with a generational QB? not so sure about this.....

As Lester said, WRs grow on trees around LA.

Now, I want him at LSU for sure, but if he chooses the Horns over us, it'll be his loss...

So he goes from recruiting for LSU to leaving them high and dry. This is modern day recruiting at its finest.

I think he's the best WR, but if he wants to leave, I won't get mad at him for it. LSU is in the position to nab several elite WRs and we never have a problem at that position.

If he flips this quick than how can you take anything he says serious?

Not because kids don't flip all the time, but it sounds like he just gets REAL excited after a visit.

Immediatly committed to us after the Splash, and if he does it again right after visiting Texas, I'd just assume this kid gets caught up in the moment and we won't know where he's gonna end up until much, much closer to signing day.

If you want to make it to the NFL, all you have to do is look at the WR’s LSU has put into the NFL. Not just serviceable WR’s but all pro type WR’s. Even the guys that weren’t WR 1 at LSU have done well in the NFL.

Called this when he committed.

No, I’m not beating my own drum, but I think some of us have been around this way too long to see a kid hold on to a commitment this long. And to an out of state school. Part of the business.
