PLSF has been in place for many years. Based on his loan disbursement dates, this is about when he would have gotten full forgiveness, assuming he met the requirements (i.e., worked in a qualifying job and made all his regular payments for 10 years), regardless of who is president. It was actually expanded in 2018 under Trump and DeVoss.

This is propaganda, this program was put in place back in the Bush administration. There is no "approval" by Biden, its just following established law.
