All that guy is going to do is force some good students who were not suspended to miss their graduation because their transcripts are not completed in a timely manner. Its one thing to accidently miss a deadline, but to purposefully withhold on good students, nah, that should not be tolerated. ...

No way this is rushed, this is overdue by about 15 years. There are way to many constitutionally protected set asides in the LA constitution. It needs to be cleaned out and a much larger percentage of the budget needs to be discretionary....
