You people are crazy for cheering this..
"The Supreme Court just lowered the bar for proving racial and sexual discrimination in the workplace"
There will be more lawsuits form people claiming they were racially sexually discriminated against now. I don't see this as a win at all.

The only thing it changes is straight white men will be able to sue for discrimination. Everyone else already can sue for discrimination.

That was my thought as well.
If people don't think there's still going to be a double standard for majority vs minority I don't know what to say. All this does is make it easier to sue as the minority.

Yeah…people that are cheerleading this aren’t thinking things through.
Sure some white guy might win a lawsuit as a result but there will now be countless baseless claims of discrimination by minorities against employers because they simply lowered to threshold to some harm.
WTF does some harm even mean?
