First, the guy is a POS.
How are adults so damn stupid? You don’t ever ever talk to cops. Then the dumbass admits guilt. I DGAF if they have a close up of my face and I’m holding up my ID and a copy of today’s paper, I’m not talking and I’m not admitting to anything.
Good grief, they tell you your right to be silent and that they will use what you say against you. World of idiots.

The idiot obviously thought it was no big deal.
And then he was told it was a felony as it was over $1000 damage.

He most likely thought it was only a lil misdemeanor. You can see a shift in his demeanor once the cop said it's a felony.
Car owner is gonna push as far as she can, imo. To have a lets go Brandon sticker, she's obviously not a fan of Biden.... and to have a vehement supporter of Biden present himself to her and giving her the opportunity to squash him... she's definitely not going to let him go. And she shouldn't.
I'm just loling at how tds makes someone lose their minds.
