If I'm elected, there will not be a bailout of California when it goes bankrupt and completely implodes. Easily the dumbest and most self-destructive state in the nation, and it ought to be the shining star. The entire state is run by idiots.

I'd say that Trump should make a similar statement but he won't because Gavin was nice to him that one time.
