When I was at Ft. Huachuca, I overheard them on the radio (ICOMs) talking about us. They were observing us. I was later attacked on Ft. Huachuca by a drug mule. They are on the installation all the time. Huachuca Mountains go from Mexico into the US and the passes are used quite often. ...
