Not our random metric, but what does the rest of league think he's worth?

1st, multiple 1sts, a young, high-upside player? I am genuinely curious, as I have NO clue

Not too good imo.

He's on par with RJ Barrett.

So I think you could maybe trade Ingram and a pick or a prospect like Dyson for a player about the quality of OG.

With the way he’s been playing and the salary extension he’s going to want in the offseason, not much unfortunately. I can see Griff using his Lonzo Ball strategy on BI

If he were traded, he would be the best player on the market and we would be stupid to treat him as anything less.

It’s better than some people will probably say on here.

Everyone shitting on BI forgot times he carried us on his back. The whole team is playing like shot, not just him.

Most ideal scenario IMO would be

BI + Nance + Naji + 24' 1st (2) Mil swaps + future 1st

Jalen Duren/ Quentin Grimes 1 or 2 future Detroit picks.

Gives us a center while maybe still resigning Val. Gives us another shooter that could be great in the right system.
Plenty cap space/ flexibility.

You could actually then bring in Draymond and resign Jose..

CJ/ Jose/ PG
Herb/ Hawkins/ Grimes
Trey/ Dyson/ Ryan
Zion/ Draymond/ PF
Duren/ Val/ euro

Brandon Ingram has expressed that Toronto is one of his favorite Road cities

Trading him straight up for RJ Barrett is probably fair trade value, but I’m not 100% sure Toronto would want to do that trade as RJ makes less money and showed really positive upside late in the season. (Even after dealing with the tragic loss of his brother)

Ingram is 120% of RJ, but he’s older, with less upside, and he’s stubborn with his playstyle

RJ also has a special, natural relationship with Zion, whereas Ingram and Zion never have been besties on or off the court and have really had to work on their relationship to somewhat coexist. RJ is also more likely to fall in line and accept that he’s probably best suited as the 3rd banana, vs Ingram thinking he is and should be the Main Character over Zion.

I think that would be a beautiful trade from many perspectives if we decide to make that commitment to Zion as our clear cut #1.

Not nearly as much as this board will likely think it will be.

Another way to look at it is...knowing all we know about BI's overall game & his expected pay for the next few years...

IF...BI was out there on the market & not currently a member of the Pels...WHAT would we be willing to offer in a trade...to get him to join the Pels? Be honest with your answer...and you'll probably understand the "problem" we are gonna have if we decide to try and trade BI to another team.
