Does anyone know what legal loophole she is getting him with? Absolutely insane that someone ask for the sperm, then sues you for your willingness to help with fertility and wham get sued for thousands.

State governments have a bias towards allowing that kind of bullshite, because it saves them money on welfare benefits. It's a very fricked up invasion of contract.

ETA: If I recall correctly, the "loophole" is that child support is deemed paid to the child, not the mother. As such, the mother can't contract away the child's right to receive support from their biological father.

Did he contract with her directly or did he donate to a sperm bank?

While I would definitely appeal, in the meantime I would make her life absolutely miserable, legally. I would file for full custody of the child, even if I didn't want the kid. Just to spite her. Maybe if she thinks she could lose the kid, or have to share custody, she would drop the whole thing.

Another "strong and independent" modern woman who needs a man's money to raise a child.

I may get some of the details wrong, but there was a story a few years ago where a guy responded to a Craigslist ad from a lesbian couple looking for a sperm donor. He didn't have sex with either woman, just gave them his "donation" and they had some sort of agreement signed and all. Then later they sued him for child support and won. Had he gone through a legit sperm bank, he'd have been in the clear. But because it wasn't done through a licensed facility, he had no legal protection from the mother coming after him for child support.

This is fake. She had a post before where she said she doesn’t work and she’s a lesbian so she wanted to have a baby to support her. She said that she took it to court and lost, but is appealing because now she’s famous and maybe a judge will like her. TikTok

Also, no one is paying 40% for one child (which he said is thousands a month).

Any time a woman opens her legs and doesn't require protection then she is asking for the sperm.

Any time you bust a nut inside a woman you're willingly helping with fertility.

Feminists always have to ruin good things. Unless you plan on marrying a woman and staying with her for a very long time, it's best to just get a vasectomy.

If he were required to pay child support I'd imagine he'd have rights to the child. No way all this isn't covered legally in the application process.
