It seems to come often after a night of wine. Like last night. Had 3 glasses of white w the wife.
ETA- or sudden coffee/caffeine irritation?
Only had 2, 6 oz cups this morning.
Anyway it’s bothering me.

Isn't alcohol a presser? Can you eliminate the wine for a bit and see how it goes?

It’s from the sulfites in the wine.
