Ask him the history of the $17 million in hush money payments congress made in secret for sexual harassment claims. Than Mike Johnson needs to release the files on these payments

I think that’s an astute observation inasmuch as it could be relevant to introduce some testimony that explains the technical aspects of campaign finance expense concepts, but not by way of reference to some other factual situation. I think it would have to be done via expert testimony and only as to generalities of the area, not any “other crimes or acts” evidence.

But hey, ot wouldn’t hurt to give it a shot. Hell it may be malpractice not to.

Everyone else that broke campaign finance laws got a slap on the wrist, but I get it.

No democrat is above weaponizing the legal system against political opponents.
