Why do we need CJ to bring the ball up? Especially if we have Murray?
Why do we need CJ to be #2 PG?
I don't get it. CJ is playing PG and our #1 scorer because he HAS to be. Moving CJ to 2nd string SG or 1st string SG because we got better is the goal.
Both Herb/ Murphy should start IMO and if you bench one then it needs to be Murphy with Herb going to SF and CJ at SG.

In no world should CJ be our #1 or #2 PG if we want to maximize our offense and maintain the best roster.

The argument people have made is that we need CJ for being able to hit 3s because enough attempts leave with BI going.
I would think there are cheaper options than $30m for a guy who has D to go along with the 3.
