Forgive my ignorance, but how does the executive branch get to create laws, or "rules" like this? Where the frick is Congress? I guess I don't understand how the Fed gov is supposed to work.

While hospitals complain about costs hospital administrators are pulling in high 6 figure incomes if not 7 figure incomes while bankrupting the US healthcare consumer and in some places those administrators are bankrupting the hospitals too to force the government to help out or face closure like some private hospitals in North Louisiana are facing.

Opening up ObamaCare to illegals sends the wrong message. The United States should not reward illegal immigration with access to health care. The only thing an illegal should get from our government is a one way trip to their country of origin.
