My alarm goes off at 6 every day. On weekends and days off, I may hit the snooze a couple of times but I'm woke by 7. And unless momma is in a good mood, I get up.
But I will sneak a nap in if they leave me alone long enough.

The only day I can sleep late is Sunday, and I can not wake up early for anything on Sunday.

I’ve always been a crasher. In my youth I could go for months full speed then crash for a day or two and start over. As I get older the going is less and the crash is longer.

25:5 gummines (CDB:THC), legal in all fiddy states. Cycling Frog brand is good. They take an hour or more to kick in, so if you want to be asleep by 10, take at 8:45 or 9.
