Witnesses and such get gag orders all of the time. The accused or defendant rarely are given gag orders. This is all about keeping Trump from campaigning and telling the truth to the public.

While Rikers is a horrible place, if Trump goes there at least it won't be as bad as the Tombs.

Nobody is going to do anything even if they put Trump on a public square guillotine.
