If you move to Mississippi and change your address for insurance purposes, Louisiana will suspend your driver's license and claim you canceled insurance. That's what happened to me.

I’m moving in a few weeks. What’s the correct way, according to the state of LA, to go about this?

I'm not sure those retards even know.

Best bet is to get your new proof of address ASAP and go immediately to your new states DMV to dispose of your Louisiana license and get a new license.

Cocksuckers can't suspend your LA DL if you don't even have one.
